Scope and Profile

The scope of the European Journal of Hospital Pharmacy Practice, one of the two official journals of the European Association of Hospital Pharmacists (EAHP), is broad and is of interest and relevance to pharmacists working in all areas of hospital pharmacy. Editorial content published in EJHP Practice includes all aspects of hospital pharmacy, including scientific, clinical, therapeutic, economic and social disciplines. In addition, practice-oriented research papers, reviews and practice guidelines in the field of hospital pharmacy practice, which fall outside the scope of the European Journal of Hospital Pharmacy Science, may be considered for the section “Practice Research and Innovation” in the European Journal of Hospital Pharmacy Practice and are also subject to peer review. In all cases, the emphasis will be on quality and originality contributing to the knowledge and practice of hospital pharmacists and their colleagues.
